I am now a repeat customer, and for this interaction they “freshened” whatever amazing finish they applied to my Escalade and then had them provide a “full treatment” to my wife’s Lexus ES. What prompted me to provide a review, beyond being absolutely satisfied with Arete is my wife’s comment a few days after we got the Lexus back. And, while not a professional auto-finisher, these were her words: “The car looks amazing - better than new. All the swirly marks are gone…”. Not the most technical analysis, but definitely a happy customer. Thank you!

I had my rims ceramic coated by Arete Auto Salon and I’m extremely happy with the results. The work came out flawless and the attention to detail really shows. Great facility, professional team, and top-quality service. Highly recommend if you care about your vehicle.

I had a full front PPF and window tint done. Jon and Graham were great, answered all questions and definitely delivered a great product just like they said! Thank you for the work, the truck looks great! I’ll be back with my other cars!

I've had multiple positive experiences with Arete Auto Salon, from paint chip and scratch repair, to polishing and washes, and have been very happy each time. I most recently had multiple scratches removed and they are 100% gone. It's easy and quick to get an appointment, they perform the work in the timeframe estimated, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the results are great.

I’ve had three cars completely covered in PPF in the Rochester area, this is by far the best installer I’ve ever dealt with. The attention to detail and the unwillingness to settle for the mediocre really makes them stand out above anybody else in WNY. Matte film can be tricky, because you’ll see shine around gaps and edges… but the team here just did above and beyond what I expected. Killer install! The very best!
